How to sync your Apple Watch® to your X+ App.
If you are experiencing syncing or linking issues between your Apple Watch® X+ App & the X+ iOS Mobile App, try these steps first!
Please note, you must have a Apple Watch & a iOS iPhone to link. Make sure both operating systems are up-to-date & you are using the most recent app version.

How To Download XPLUS App on Apple WatchFirst, you need to have downloaded & created an XPLUS subscription on a iOS device (iPhone or iPad).
Then, open the APPLE WATCH APP
Scroll down to AVAILABLE APPS and locate the XPONENTIAL+ app. Select INSTALL.
Once the app downloads, on the phone, open the app to the screen below & make sure the toggle shows “on”.
How To Sync the Apple Watch App with Mobile Device For First Time Use
Open the XPLUS app on your phone & select the ACTIVITY icon in the bottom right corner of the home screen.
Select the CONNECT APPLE WATCH
If it prompts you with the screen below, go to your phone SETTINGS
Open the HEALTH APP and select DATA ACCESS & DEVICES
Select the XPONENTIAL+ app, turn everything on.
*Most Apple Watches will sync after this step. If the Apple Watch does NOT sync after this step, check the TROUBLESHOOTING section below.
Can single brand subscriptions like StretchLab+ or PureBarre+ work with Apple Watch App?
Yes! There are no restrictions based on subscription plan.

How do I start a class with my Apple Watch?
After your Apple Watch is synced with your iOS mobile device, open the XPONENTIAL+ app on your watch. The home screen should look like the photo below:
Open your XPLUS mobile device & open the class you’d like to play.
Automatically your Apple Watch will recognize that the class video page is open & a START button will appear on your Apple Watch.
Press the START button and the class will automatically play on your mobile device.
Swipe right to PAUSE or STOP class.
Time duration, heart rate, and calories will be displayed & tracked.
After stopping the class or completing it entirely, the activity data will sync to the mobile device & be stored in the ACTIVITY HISTORY section for tracking.
Available features on Apple Watch App
Apple Watch tracks real-time heart rate activity & calories burned.
Apple Watch activity saves to the mobile device and can be found in the ACTIVITY HISTORY.
How to cancel your Apple Watch subscription
The Apple Watch App is tied to the XPLUS App. You can uninstall the Apple Watch App if you do not want it on your watch anymore.
Open the Apple Watch app on your iOS mobile device.
Scroll down to XPONENTIAL+ & toggled “off”. This will uninstall the app on the Apple Watch.
Why doesn't my class show on the Activity History?
In order for the class to be counted towards your Activity History, you must complete at least 25% of the workout to be recorded.

Apple Watch App Troubleshooting

My Apple Watch won't recognize my X+ App.

If you have the Apple Watch X+ App open and the mobile iOS X+ App open, but the two apps won't sync, then your accounts may be different.

Some users subscribe to X+ with a different email address than their Apple Watch X+ account. If these are two different email addresses, then the apps will not sync.

To check your X+ mobile subscription email address, open the User Menu and go to PROFILE.

Then to check your Apple Watch email address, look to see what email address is associated with your Apple Store account.

If these two email addresses do not match, than your Apple Watch X+ account will not sync with your mobile X+ app.

- Apple Watch won’t sync with my iPhone.
Sometimes privacy settings or older WatchOS systems need extra troubleshooting to sync. Here are a few steps to walk through to help force the sync:
Step 1: Make sure the Apple Watch is synced with the iOS mobile device, check this in your Bluetooth settings. If the Apple Watch shows “Not Connected”, connect the device to your phone.
Step 2: Turn on/off the Apple Watch app & close out of Apple Watch app & close out of mobile XPLUS app.
Repeat this one more time if the app still does not sync. After repeating 2 times total, move on to the next step
Step 3: Next, check your privacy settings.
Open Settings on the mobile device
Open PRIVACY & SECURITY
Open HEALTH
And locate the XPONENTIAL+ app & open it
If everything is toggled “ON”, turn off all & then reselect “turn on all”
Close out the XPONENTIAL+ app on the Apple Watch (make sure it is completely “swiped” off) & then reopen the app
