How to update billing information on your X+ account
If you have an existing XPLUS subscription, you can easily update your credit card information following the quick steps below:
*Please note the changes can only be done on the website. If you are in the mobile app, you will be redirected to a web browser within your mobile phone by selecting the Menu (top right corner) > Billing Information.
How To Update Your Billing Info:
Log on to the XPLUS on a web browser in your mobile device or on a desktop: https://members.xponential.plus/
Click on your name in the top right corner of the web browser
Click on the Billing Information from the drop down menu
Update your billing information.
Click on Save Changes.
