How to return or exchange X+ Shop items

 

Returns and Exchanges are easy, all you need to do is email our team:

 

In your email, please include the following information

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Item you are returning/exchanging

    • Please note that Clearance items are FINAL SALE only

  • Reason for return

  • Are you expecting an exchange or refund?

  • Copy of the order/receipt (if you have it!)

     

Once you have sent the details above, our stellar order management team will reach out with next steps to get you sorted.
