QR Code Scan Does Not Work

In order to pair your mobile device with the Training Bay tablet, you must open your Camera and scan the QR Code shown on the Training Bay tablet Homepage.

The Training Bay tablet Homepage QR code will look like this:

Troubleshoot Step 1:

Have you downloaded the X+ Mobile App? Or are you trying to use the X+ desktop or in-phone web browser app?

Pairing with a Training Bay tablet is only possible through the X+ mobile app and not through the internet browser. If you already have a subscription, then it is FREE to download the X+ app from the Apple Store or Google Play Store.

Use your same login username and password, as you would on web.

NOTE: When scanning the QR Code, it should automatically redirect you to the mobile app. If it does NOT detect the mobile app, it will prompt you to download the mobile app from the app store. Input your same login info to login successfully.

You should NOT have to pay for a mobile subscription if you HAVE an active X+ subscription with login creditenials already.

Troubleshoot Step 2:

Do you have an active X+ subscription?

In order to play classes from X+, you must have a X+ subscription. Any plan will work (ie. StretchLab+, ClubPilates+, X+ through Apple Store, X+ through Google Play Store, etc).

Troubleshoot Step 3:

I have a X+ account, because I can login, but how do I know if I have an ACTIVE X+ Subscription?

It is possible to have a X+ account without an active subscription! There are two ways to check if your subscription is active.

In the User Menu, go to SUBSCRIPTIONS. If no plans appear, then you do not have an active subscription.

From the Homepage, select any class to play. If you receive the pop up below, then you do not have an active subscription.

If you are able to play a class or see that a subscription plan on your account, then you DO have an active subscription. Move onto Step 3.

Troubleshoot Step 4:

I have an active X+ subscription & can play a video from my phone, but it will not pair with the Training Bay tablet.

At this point, there might be something wrong with the Training Bay tablet subscription that must be fixed by our technical team.

Please open the messenger icon in the bottom right to notify our live CX support agent of the issue with the Training Bay table.

My Headphones Don't Appear In Search Menu

If your Headphones do not appear in the Search Menu on the Training Bay tablet, follow the troubleshooting steps below:

Troubleshoot Step 1:

I put my headphones in pairing mode, but the name does not appear on the tablet.

Bluetooth headphones get in a habit of automatically pairing to known devices, like your mobile device/iPad/laptop/smart TV/etc.

If you do not see the headphone name on the tablet, then the headphone may have already connected to a known device out of habit. It is best to temporarily disable the Bluetooth on your mobile phone or to manually disconnect your headphones in the settings menu on your mobile phone.

After disconnecting known devices, place your headphones in "pairing" mode again and refresh the SEARCH FOR MY DEVICE button on the Training Bay tablet.

Troubleshoot Step 2:

Are you in close promxity with the Training Bay tablet?

Bluetooth technology requires devices to be in close proximity to connect, unlike network connecting devices.

Stay close to the Training Bay tablet while in pairing mode.

How Do I Put My Headphones In Pairing Mode?

If you do not know how to put your headphones in pairing mode, it is always best to check with the company/brand for guidance.

Below provides a general instruction for most generic Bluetooth headphone brands:

For most Bluetooth headphones, there are 3 states: unpaired, searching, paired.

For most generic brands, there is a button that you can hold down to place unpaired headphones in "pairing" mode.

A blinking light will singal "searching" mode.

When the light stops blinking, then a sound or a device will signal "paired" mode.

Bluetooth technology is a little slow, so "searching" mode may take a couple of seconds to pair. If you do not pair successfully, trying refreshing the pairing device screen by hitting "Search For My Device" or turn on/off the headphones.
