Pair your Apple Watch to capture your workout history in the X+ App
Tracking progress is key in your fitness journey! One great way to tracking your X+ workout history is by pairing your Apple Watch to your iOS mobile device, while exercising with our Training Bay tablet.
For Apple Watch tracking, your Apple Watch must be connected to your iOS mobile device.

How To Start Your Apple Watch With A Training Bay App:
On your Apple Watch, open the Xponential+ App.
Pair your iOS mobile device with the Training Bay tablet.

Go to the class you'd like to do and select the Training Bay tablet device under CHOOSE VIDEO OUTPUT.
NOTE: If you play the video before selecting the Training Bay tablet as the video output source, the video will play on your iOS mobile device instead.
Then from the Apple Watch, a big blue START button will appear. Tap START & the video will instantly appear on the Training Bay tablet.

How To View Class Workout History On X+
All classes completed on the Training Bay tablet will be recorded in the Activity section of your mobile app. If an Apple Watch was also connected for the class, the Apple Watch metrics will be recorded in the X+ iOS mobile app Activity section as well.
Under "View Activity By Date", you can see individual class metrics for all completed classes.

My Apple Watch Will Not Connect To My Mobile Device
One main issue that doesn't allow users to connect their Apple Watch X+ app to their mobile iOS X+ app is mismatch email addresses on their account.

"My Apple Watch won't recognize my X+ App."
If you have the Apple Watch X+ App open and the mobile iOS X+ App open, but the two apps won't sync, then your accounts may be different.
Some users subscribe to X+ with a different email address than their Apple Watch X+ account. If these are two different email addresses, then the apps will not sync.
To check your X+ mobile subscription email address, open the User Menu and go to PROFILE.
Then to check your Apple Watch email address, look to see what email address is associated with your Apple Store account.
If these two email addresses do not match, than your Apple Watch X+ account will not sync with your mobile X+ app.
