Why Is My Video Choppy Or Constantly Buffering?
If the video is choppy or the streaming quality is poor, first check to see how well the video plays directly on your mobile device.
If the video plays normally on the mobile device without choppy streaming quality, then the internet network the Training Bay tablet is connected to is inadquate. Please notify your building's management team about the poor internet connection.
If the video has poor streaming quality on your mobile device, turn off your WiFi in the Settings Menuy of your phone. Then try to play a video again. If you continue to receive poor streaming quality, please open a chat with our live CX support and let us know right away, so that we can troubleshoot a possible video outage in our system.

Can My Single Brand Subscription Plan Work With A Training Bay Tablet (ie. StretchLab+)?
Yes! Any X+ Subscription Plan will work with any participating Training Bay tablet.

What Is Guest Mode?
Guest Mode allows you to play X+ classes and pair your Bluetooth audio devices without pairing your mobile device with the tablet.
Instead of controling the Training Bay tablet with your phone, you can use the tablet's touchscreen display to scrolling the library & select a class to play.
Please note! Since your mobile device is not paired with the Training Bay tablet, your class activity history will not record the class on your X+ account. Also, you will not be able to sync your Apple Watch without pairing your mobile device to the Training Bay tablet.

Where Can I Find Hyperice Classes?
On the Home Page of the Training Bay tablet in Guest Mode, there is a horizontal navigation bar at the top of the screen. This navigation allows for quick and easy filtering based on modalities. For convience, Hyperice is a modality filter.
Swipe the modality filter navigation bar to the right or left to locate "HYPERICE" & select this filter. To go back to the Home Page for all content, unselect the "HYPERICE" filter.
To locate classes Hyperice classes from your mobile device in Paired Mode, in the X+ app use the Filter feature on the CLASSES page. Under "Categories", select Hyperice.
